JRAD Digital sterilizers
are fabricated from stainless steel and are used to make things completely clean and free from bacteria. Available in three sizes: 28, 37 and 45 liter.

Specifications: 

• Size: 28 liter.
• 3 model sizes ( 28, 37, 45 liter ) fabricated interior and exterior from stainless steel 430 sheets with a thickness 0.8 mm German origin.
• Three shelves easily movement have a capacity for the required tools in fully considered way with a shelf holder fabricated of stainless steel.
• Stainless steel door furnished with accurate and secure closing mechanism. It close on white silicon membrane bear 200 degree centigrade.
• Three heating surfaces, from the bottom and the two sides. They secure homogeneous and identical temperature inside the device and on the three shelves with temperature accuracy less than ±1 °C of the requested temperature.
• Timer of Italian made, scaled till 120 minutes, with permanent using. It is the main switch for the electrical power at the same time.
• Light indicators are of Italian made: (Green:  ready for use) and (Red:  heating).
• Fresh air ventilation for put out the steam from the device, scaled from (0-6). The opening may be controlled from the panel.
• Electronic processor to monitor the temperature and to control it with digital display for the temperature. The PID processor equipped with (proportional control) system to control absolutely the required temperature without any variations. The temperature sensor is type K thermocouple. Temperature range is 0 to 200 °C.
• Good isolation where the wall thickness 50 mm,  it is isolated with glass fibers , its density  is 18,thickness 50mm.also the device is raised from the ground with rubber base.
• The devices are earthed to avoid electrical shocks.
• Absolutely safe sterilization at 160 °C for 120 minutes or 180 °C for 100 minutes.
