Measure out 15ml of pulling oil using the included cup. Swish the oil around your mouth for 2 to 10 minutes—longer swishing is recommended for enhanced benefits. Expel the oil into a trash bin to prevent drain clogs. Proceed with your regular toothbrushing routine.
